Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Qadr AI. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Qadr AI Inc., located at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801 (“Qadr AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of our applications, websites, products, and related services (the “Services”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. User Accounts and Eligibility

1.1. Account Creation: To access certain features, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it as necessary.

1.2. Account Security: You are responsible for your account credentials and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss resulting from failure to secure your account.

All original content and technology within Qadr AI are the exclusive property of Qadr AI Inc. and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services for lawful purposes.

You retain ownership of your own Inputs. Qadr AI assigns to you all rights to generated Outputs. Outputs, however, may not be unique.

4. AI & Educational Content Disclaimer

Informational Use: AI outputs are for educational/informational use only.
No Accuracy Guarantee: Results may contain inaccuracies or biases.
No Professional Advice: Not legal, financial, or medical guidance.
User Responsibility: You are responsible for your reliance on outputs.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for any reason at our discretion. You may close your account at any time.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

7. Limitation of Liability

QADR AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES.
